Our 3 countries in one day trip was good, and I’m glad we went, but I probably wouldn’t recommend it to others. I’m not exactly sure what I expected, but it wasn’t as cool as I thought it would be. Our guide was excellent and a wealth of knowledge, and that was really the highlight, as was the Salvador Dali art piece in Andorra. The one stop in Baga was enjoyable and intriguing with the town history. The France and Andorra stops were really just to spend money, and to say we’d been there. 🤷🏻‍♀️ The driver was excellent and we felt safe, however there were MANY hours spent on the bus. Probably 6 hours? We had wished that the tour company would have been more diligent and not allowed a heavily coughing and hacking passenger on the tour. We realize that’s a tricky situation for all, but being in an enclosed space for such a long time with someone who is obviously sick, was a little unnerving. Overall, we enjoyed the day enough and are happy we saw a country we had never been to!

It would have been nice to know up front that we would spend more time on the bus than in the actual towns. Also, our guide was not so great. She didn’t talk about much of anything except the good places to eat and shop and how pretty the towns were. Some history about the places we visited would have been nice. It did look like the other guide talked a lot more so maybe the other group had a more informative experience.

Good tour overall. Nothing much to do in Ax Les Thermes. Andorra was absolutely amazing. Should allocate more time to explore and shop in Andorra. Do plan a good shopping budget to enjoy this tax haven. Note, some places in Ax Les Thermes don't accept card payment for lunch.
