ヨハネスブルグ：2日間の4つ星ピラネスバーグサファリ

I can’t say enough good things about this activity. The ease of just booking through GYG and then being settled was amazing. They picked us up at the hotel, drove us there, drove us through the park spotting animals and got us settled at the different lodges. Our first afternoon open vehicle drive was with Mo-Afrika instead of the resort and it was AWESOME!!! Smaller vehicles, easier to scoot around, more personal so that we could interact and learn more. Prestis was a blast and we would do every drive with him if we could. The next day you ride with the lodge and then one more ride through our group before you head back. We loved going to Pilanesberg and the animals we saw, and how close we got - just incredible. If short on time during a trip to SA, this is the PERFEFT excursion to make sure you get to experience a safari- truly can’t recommend enough!!!

素晴らしい体験でした。ドライバーはホテルに時間通り到着しました。公園までのドライブは快適でした。最初のゲームドライブは最高で、2回目と3回目も良かったです。夕食（バーベキュー）も良かったです。最後の旅行もきっと良いものになると思います。改善点：公園での明確で詳細なプログラム。ほとんどが口頭での情報でしたが、時々明確でなかったり、やや混乱したりしました。

I really want to give the guides and drivers 5/5 stars! They were so much fun and so informative. Shoutout to Wisdom who took us on two game drives and was definitely one of the highlights. Unfortunately, the hotel was not good. We stayed at Bakubung. To be fair, the lodge is stunningly beautiful, but the staff is so unfriendly! I don’t want this to come back on the drivers and guides, their company was fantastic, but the lodge… the hotel forgot to book us for their morning safari, didn’t have rooms for us and the rooms they did give us were dirty and not prepared, and they tried to force us to pay for the all inclusive meals, since they also forgot to book us for that. When I showed them that food was included, 3 wait staff started yelling at me, saying “now we have to pay for your meals”. That turned into a 30 minute ordeal with reception and the waitstaff fighting not to pay for two people’s meals. No apology for any of this either! Great tour guys, please change lodges though…
